Recognizing the Gifted and Talented

Recognizing the Gifted and Talented is a web page I found that discusses something we all perceive as less learning than natural talent. Clearly there will always be learning and experience needed to develop talent in the arts, yet it does not seem to exist on a level where anyone with simple diligence can bring to a high skill level. Somehow one needs an innate talent in order to develop it. Take a look at that page and perhaps you'll have an opinion from your own experience too.
